Better execution than the bug thing, but the idea is the same. Saw the bug first so this lost some of it's punch.

It's a good concept. Way better than the bugs.
BUT...
The text it's clearly made by computer programs, the ad would be much more trustable if they actually wrote with the extra fine pen on the patch. Consumers might buy the pen and get frustrated if they cannot be able to write such small text.
