Hold on a sec. Isn't pfizer a pharmaceutical company? Don't they do extensive research and development by testing on animals. What the H is this?

Tha ad is 6/10, the product miss guide us all. Is that medicine for pigs?

Antisanti provide us a more accurate translation:

We have such aimed solutions that they'll feel like a protected species.

QUE BUENOS TRUCHOSSSSSSSSSS!!!.

Y si, lo que más sobran son cerdos en el mundo. Asi que para qué protegerlos. JUASSSS!!!

fersvax's picture

No tan buenos.

más truchos que buenos...

Apparently all the monkeys they do their testing on have become extinct, on to the next species..

HA HA HA HA!

Pfizer is cutting off its nose to spite its face here.
They want to point out that they do care for the animals they are testing their products on.

But,
I think these ads communicate exactly the opposite.
The atmosphere these shots are creating are rather leading to an association klausssnow stated already.
If animal testing wasn't a current issue at the moment they make it current by trying to fight it.
Well done guys!

You said it right there back2b.

It's only an ad.

Advertising pass, pasta remain...

I'd LOVE to present this idea to the Police Commissioner here at NYPD headquarters.
That'd be awesome.

Didn't realise Koalas were THAT rare! :)

>>>> That's not an ad. THIS is an ad.

Dahling, they are very rare in Italy!

Ivan, are you sure that this ad refers to koalas?
My guess is that they are refering to the famous WWF panda again.

But what do I know about animals...

ivan's picture

Yes, according to the submission these are koalas.

That ain't no Eukalypt tree there ...

BAD art sence

otto54's picture

Advertising pass, pasta remain...

what is this? why is the pig on a tree? am I just stupid and everyone else gets it?

Strange translation.

The headline literally says: We have such aimed solutions that they'll feel like a protected species.

That's just awful.

4/10

hi guy, i'm the copywriting who worked on that ad.
this is an ad for Pfizer ANIMAL HEALTH, the veterinary department of pfizer.
this ad is not about any animal testing human medicine. this ad is directed to veterinary doctors.
pfizer is also a cattle pharmacy company.
the headline has been translated in that way, the litterary translation is: "our solution are so focused that pigs are definitivelly a protected specie". that's why we decided to use pandas and koalas.
ciao a tutti!

ivan's picture

Thanks for explaining Sir!

otto54's picture

Thats happen when stupid people gives stupid comments reading only the nation wich the ads come from...

Advertising pass, pasta remain...
