aaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhh, I'm nooot quiiiite suuuurrreeeee...

I guess I wouldn't be much hungry thinking that I would eat Madre Teresa's shaped potatoes.

dunno catolics eat their god every sunday... so i think canibalism in this case is good.

I mean if jesus can turn into a cracker why not madre teresa in a potatoe?

hahahahha!

Ravages's picture
joelapompe's picture

surprisingly bad, concidering it's from an agency as Jung Von Matt.

Ravages... then pls explain wht mother teresa do.

Don't mean this.. but isn't it ironical to see this work coming from the nation which produced the most hated person ever.. Poor.

Sorry, that's not 100% correct: Austria "produced" him, Germany just let him grow...

George Bush is austrian?

Pahahahahaha... high 5, Vicky! :D

>>>> That's not an ad. THIS is an ad.

High 10!!!

c420, please elaborate on this "irony", i don't see it.

How can you compare something that happend almost 60 years ago with an advertisement. just because it is from that country. That just makes no sense at all.

...and let the poets cry themselves to sleep. And all their tearfull words would turn back into steam

That comment is....Poor.

Geroge Bush is german?

Geroge Bush is typo!

>>>> That's not an ad. THIS is an ad.

It did score better in the Forums:

Hmm... ?!

It's sad. I used to like Jung Von Matt Advertising.

Not outstanding, but okay. The comment by Creative420 is out of place anyway.

thats right, take the piss out of a dead person by drawing thier face on a flipping potato. If i was Teresas family i wouldnt appreciate this.
ps. in terms of advertising, this sucks big ass too. Germans should stay away from trying to do funny ads

i bet you aren't teresa's family so cool down a bit. try to breathe slow. hfffffffffffff-ffhhhhhhhhhh. this is just an ad. whether you like it or not - no reason to get nasty.
you can do your kraut bashing in your local.

sorry, bad day.

sorry, bad day.

Oh no - that's just...wrong. It's supposed to be funny but it's just playing on the "good" by exploitng someone who did good deeds. Personally, I think Monther Theresa should only be used to promote good in the world; aything else is in bad taste (no pun intended).

andd why have they given her a nose that looks like an arse?

its funny.

and mother teresa's family isnt gonna say anything, because she didn't have any. she was a nun.

chucknorris, you must be german or you may have some german blood.
are nuns not allowed to have sisters, brothers, cousins?

what does being german have to with anything?

I just think this ad is funny, and that it doesn't offend anyone.

and no, I am the farthest one can be from being german. I'm from brazil.

This is ridiculous and fun, I like it

I think its a cool way to illustrate the point. Cheesy? Yes.

But effective nonetheless.

Its possible this is a terribly good ad.

ok, teresa bealived in fisical punishment, poberty, suffering of the ill and recived founds from cuestioned people.

gandhi was a pedophile with an enema fetiche.

the dalailama was a facist that had a monarquic regime in tibet with thousands of slaves, and does everything in his reach to get that regime back. I guess is easy to be peacefull when you just have to do that.

Ok, it has nothing to do with the campaing cos these are by the mayority as references of "good" but still wanted to say it.

i agree.
don't really like the term "good" in reference to persons. it's a human want to divide the world into good and bad. and for famous people, it's either angel or demon. in the end, it always depends on which side you're on.

anyway, this ad's not trying to be profound, but funny, in a cheesy kind of way. so i think it doesn't really matter.

i like the thinking on these, certainly an interesting approach to selling a potato dish, but i agree that these figures are somewhat controversial. not everyone sees them all as 'good', which could get in the way of your message. they would certainly stand out here in america where most food product advertising is just plain awful.

Borrowed interest. Might as well made the potato look like a baby.

...or My Little Pony.
Hi Bella. :)

*Purr purr*
Hi Rog! Long time no see!

Like the proposition.
Not sold on execution.

>>>> That's not an ad. THIS is an ad.
