I don't think the line is right. Even when you have a GPS, you still have to turn. The GPS does however help you to make LESS turns.

Unless I'm not understanding the ad.

Of course something got lost in translation.

My spanish isn't good, but I think the original ad says something like "No más vueltas" and this could be better translated as "Turn it right".

Well, I think is a translation problem. In Argentina turn means "giro" but "vuelta" too. We say "dar vueltas" (make turns, translating it literally) to say that we are going and going without direction.
I think is a good ad. It would be better if it were a campaign.
