well I can't see any resemblance with "dirt is good" campaign which is basically saying: One must get his/her hands dirty to learn new things... Let your children play freely and explore the world, there's OMO (the brand) to clean the clothes.
These executions are definitely a fresh breath to done and done and done world of detergent ads.
doing something new in that era is just like doing a reverse-shot in a coffin.*

* unnecessary information for curious reader: doing a reverse-shot in a coffin is a saying in Turkish
meaning making an incredible move in even when your conditions are really limited.
