People for Bikes: Chainring celebrates Bike To Work Week

With more people riding bikes than ever before, it’s the perfect time to launch a national movement to improve bicycling. Therefore, Colle+McVoy teamed up with the national coalition Bikes Belong to create People for Bikes, an entirely new brand and movement to make our world a more bike friendly place - to build more trails, paths and bike lanes, to make riding safer and more accessible for everyone.

It's a grease stain from the chains or gears. doesn't really sell the idea of biking. It's almost like it's trying to say that if you bike, you'll look tough, but it doesn't carry the message through. It just lets it fall flat. The other ads aren't much better.

Would have been smarter to show a business person riding their bike past a bunch of others who are stopped at a red light, or caught in traffic. That would show the advantages pretty well. Maybe toss in some nasty exhaust to emphasize the greenness of riding a bike to work.

why not just show the women in those nice biking shoes?? Why show an ad with, oil spot, rip or tear... really can't make since of it.. but not a good execution at all.
