I love dogs; this puts a smile on my face. So it's totally compelling.
I loooove dogs and I can totally identify with wanting to show these ads to a dog.
I wasn't sold on the strategy/concept of the ads, either. Until I read your comment and the one above you.
It is, after all, communicating to "human" dog owners. If the campaign makes the target feel good about the message and form a relationship with the brand, then the campaign, for all intents and purposes, is a success.
Here's a little bit of professional copywriting advice:
"When dogs eat well, they dream well." - That's a strategy statement.
"Dogs that eat well, dream well." - That's an ad copy. Keep it short!

This great work. It may be just me but i think it looks a little bit fake as it gets further away. That is just my opinion.

it's not elegant enough i think.. i am not a copywriter..but sth. like "for nice dog dreams" would have been better in my opinion.

Oh hang on, it's about ensuring your dog can have a good sleep so it can have some lovely dreams, or nightmares (whichever come along 1st). Right?
