Interesting art direction. Impact on target audience, I would say minimal at best.
The entire campaign reeks of something the PTA would design and approve.
If anything I think this campaign ends up hurting the cause, the biggest danger of which is making the goal of "making weed uncool" feel like your mom's lame idea.
This is cool, love the visual, the text, the complication. Should have bleed the eyes or tongue a bit, to create horror in health endangering for drug taking.
Brilliant concept though.
Not sure the target audience would stop to look and read the ad. Nice idea, though.
All our North American anti-drug advertising is so tame compared to what the rest of the world does. This is nice, but passive. If other countries have figured out that we need to be a lot more compelling and disturbing, this will do nothing to change people's behavior. Which is what the ad is supposed to do in the first place.
