I don't get it.
The only way this will make any sense is by assuming that what they want to say is - With this product your hair is so beautiful and attractive, that people will look at them and not your boobs, even if your jugs are in their faces.
But then again, when you assume, you make an ass out of u and me ^_^

After reading your comments, I have to say that most of you are men. What bra are you talking about? First of all, this woman is not wearing a bra. Second, have you ever heard of photoshop? And finally, I think I have just seen the best reason to NOT use Pantene anymore.
I love it. It's playing a joke off of the Pro-V line. Pro-V Shampoos- Pro-V blouses. They are encouraging woman to ware V neck lines.
This is an idea from an intern level.
This is not targeting women as direct consumers. This ad is made for men to bring the shampoo home and at the same time hammer the brand into their heads. After that, it is easy to sell them a men's line.
