A shot of two pocket cards with cash on card faces (?) would be more personal and therefore even more effective.
But this visual is more dynamic.
Effective? Maybe. But far from "great".

Bad ad. Gambling is about money but the money you can win is linked to the money you bet. Should make an ad focussing on easy possibilities not just money.
Also, this is the dealer having the money at the moment. The dealer should be drained from money! But no he won all money from stupid guests.
