very usual template.
Well is this not what advertising is about? Brainstorm idea; develope an image, the more shocking the better; place product and maybe five words or less in the bottom right corner.
As for this specific ad, the art style is nice, but pretty basic idea although I don't mind it. Graffiti is seen as destroying/dirtying the face of the city. The oxy pad is what is buffing: removing dirty acne por...err, painted graffiti with chemicals and other instruments.
