Things I see: a shadow of a telephone and a bug
Things I dont see: a message/benefit.
Message: 'kills bugs' hence the suggestion that someone's about to hit this one with a phone. Benefit: 'You can simply call'.
That's how I saw it anyway.

Let's overthink this some more, please. Shadows don't kill bugs. Who calls an exterminator for just one bug? The phone is a corded phone. Phones aren't that shape anymore.
