I don't know...it seems a bit forced to me. If they did some research and found out that Oreo is the favorite midnight snack, well then idea is valid, but I am not sure that's true. People eat Oreos all the time, and children who are they main target do it mostly in the afternoons. In my opinion, they came up with an ad first and then accomodate their strategy to it.
