I don't really get it. This one has a healthy banana, other is a unhealthy cake... Is this product a substitute for what's in the balloons or after it? "puzzled"

what's the product's for?
Critics are easy.
I guess its a chewing gum for kids that helps to remove food vestige from teeth. In case of kids meals are mainly snacks.
Would have worked better if the food inside the balloons are known to be stinky. And the balloons are made of the gum.
