Interesting. But I'd be tempted to put the words in the car, you know, looking down or off to the side like people do when they're texting.
Looking down or sideways is still visually imparing when you're driving which this ad tried to show. It's effective.

Good idea, although i've seen something similar done before about talking on your cell phone while driving with dialogue balloons. Similar, not the same.
