What does Orange do?
Orange is a telecom company.
they make balloon animals and dumb ads.
they're actually a cell phone company in europe that normally does great things. i don't find this concept among them.
yep, agreed.
can someone point out the idea here?
200 minutes of airtime means i can make sharks out of balloons?
if thats the brief, man-eating balloons would be the first thing to pop into my mind...er...
i've seen much more impressive prisoner art. granted they have more than 200 min to kill.
if that's indeed the idea.
Yea, this is dumb. How about having a ferris wheel made out of mashed potatoes and say the same message?
can we put gravy in the gondolas?
ha, we certainly can.
Mashed potatoes, ferris wheels, gravy in the gondolas. I love it. Totally eclipsed the ad in question. You guys are geni, genieusse, genii, you guys are brilliant!
I like the idea of the ads more than I like the ads themselves. They are making airtime a physical concept in that you would talk enough air in 200 minutes to fill up these shark balloons. I think it would work better though with an inflatable kiddy pool or one of those sock-em clowns that everybody exhausted themselves blowing up when they were a kid.
Was this just a 'surreal visual' idea waiting in the drawer for the 'surreal visual' brief?
>>>> That's not an ad. THIS is an ad.
