Toothbrush spins fast, link to something spinning fast...tornado. Such a preliminary idea, it's one of the first things you would think of....then quickly move on to a higher level

The tornado is the toothbrush. The disproportioned animals are the food on your teeth. Being removed by the tornado-cum-toothbrush.

And another example of an ad that only run in certain parts of the world. Places where people think explicit animal cruelty is funny.
