The cpopy is caught up in translation. As standalone ads the artwork is in no-man's-land. I don't want to dismiss it as a lousy idea because it might have had to say something different in the native language, in this case, Spannish.

they are saying that a person who has vision problems, just see the spot lights from a firework show on new years eve... If they would put New Youk and not Valparaiso, would be more understandible for all.
