"Onda Azul" means "Blue Wave", probably to reinforce the fact that sea should be blue...

OndAzul is some kind of GreenPeace ( I don't know how we call this kind of organization ).

The Ad is just saying that mess with the world is suicide.

The only problem, in my opinion, is that "deal with the consequences" is a little hard to read there.

But it's still great!
