I think you need to reanalyze your conclusion. I severally see people wasting water and this happens in real life. Think if all wasted water goes to earth then why India's geographical water level is decreasing? Why their rivers are either completely dried or about to dry?

Think, Act, Invent.

If you have a well... then no. But in most places water isn't "naturally" close by, or in abundance. And it costs money and resources to get it there.

Yeah the water will not go outside the atmosphere.
You are right.

2/3 of the earth is water. Not usable water, but Salt water. Extracting pure saltless water from sea water is an expensive and time consuming process. The sun evaporates it and it is cycled thru the atmosphere. The fresh water(the one plants and animals) can drink and use is less than 10%. This water needs to be conserved. Got it??

Lovely thought based on a universal insight. Haven't seen such an execution before. Though I'm sure the art could have been pushed. All the same, nice one.
