What does war and bombing small villages have to do with a restaurant?...Kind of a cheap unmerited art reference. Just because Picasso did it, doesn't mean it's appropriate for the brand/message.

I agree with you. This is like using "Arbeit Macht Frei" to sell ice cream. I suspect this was created by someone who did not pay very much attention in history class, or if they did, were given no context and therefore think it is simply a historic painting they can use for commercial purposes. If I were managing the Picasso Estate Trust or whatever, this company would be getting sued up the ying yang.

Hmmm not entirely sure why Picasso's "Guernica" like said above is in this piece.......And Curitiba is a city in Brazil if i'm not mistaken.....this is seriously out of context, it makes me angry.
