If this was in a magazine, it'd fail to work most of the times. Reason being for glow-in-the-dark ink, they need exposure to light before they can emit light, and a magazine is usually closed.
On the other hand, if it was some outdoor print, you probably won't have the liberty of turning off the lights because you don't own the place.

I like the idea of using a print that changes the image when the light is on/off.
But you don't reverse global warming by turning your lights off, you just stop making it worse.
