Yes. At this point, I think I can spot when a restaurant or business has been named by designers. The name will be based more on clever graphic possibilities and visual free association than anything else.
That said, this is the best of the set. Points.

It's neither not-able, nor no-table. It's clearly NO-ta-BLE. The name of the chef is Noble. And also the restaurant happens to be "notable". It looks notable to me on its website.
It was a little joke =)... didn't make myself clear. I've noticed the logo design and the wordplay.
