Worked better if the fork was made of steel.
When i saw this i search for some link with sea and child.

I disagree. This is the typical fork you get when buying/eating fish near the sea or any take away, no kids involved.

This idea is simple and good but the fork don't like fast food would use it.

It's a fork (for easting), little Miss Happy.
It's also King Neptune's Trident (a fork'like weapon).
King Neptune is a mythical God of the sea.
Hence, his fork/trident = seafood.
