there is a campaing created by EURO RSCG Argentina with the same concepto but 5 months ago.
you can find that here.
i think the client is Sony.
I checked the EURO RSCG Campaigns, but all i can find is a campaign with another"where-to-put-the-cross" idea.
There are about 1000 campaigns that work with choices and a cross. But the NJP campaign makes a different point, I think.

Veeery close to the Canon ads. Too close, in my opinion. But nice photography for a (probabely?) "non-paying client".
