As 'sirvan' said the honesty is great! But it is very noticeable that you like the "suck" play on words a little too much. It is funny the first few times and is a nice way to make this message seam a little more light hearted, but you use the pun 11 times! That’s a little too much. In saying that, the rest of the copy works great. I love how you used the letter approach to personalize it.

that's a very good Headline/copy, a great claim and positioning of a brand. in my opinion you could only improve it by getting rid of the complete third passage with the 'we're there for you' stuff. just skip it and it's better (guess that's the part the client needed to buy it)

Also love the 'sincerely' above the brand. makes it personal
