I didn't mean to underestimate it--I merely assumed that Dubai-ians lived in Dubai. But if there's a big ex-Pat community and they're playing on the rivalry between the two countries, then I suppose it must work. It just semed like too small a comunity to be speaking to, to me, but I don't live in Dubai.
There is an 'a' missing before 'South African' in the headline, isn't it?
