I had to get up and look upside down at the ad to understand it. Nice (and I had to explain to my boss why I'm standing like that in the middle of the office. Oops).

hmmm flipping a coin will get you a random result. so you dont have the choice. i think the coin concept is misleading. its not like " you have the choice: drink and drive and go to jail or take a cap and only get a hangover." they should have just made a clean cut between those two sides...i like the art though

No, I don't think it's about flipping a coin or the notion of chance. I think it's based off the expression 'the flip side of the coin,' an expression meaning the alternative consequences of an action.

why 2 coins? with one coin is ok, as the concept shows the two sides of one coin... not two coins... wrong!

It is one coin. That's just how New Zealand one dollar coins are molded.

It is only one coin, that's just how New Zealand one dollar coins are cast.

I get the idea but why use two coins? (if they use the coin this way in New Zeland no problem)
Other than that the execution and idea ise working.

To coin a phrase: 'Coinfusing – may have unintended coinsequences.'

'heads or tails' or 'the other side of the coin' or 'two sides of the same coin' or any number of coin-like figures of speech impact the meaning.
Lovely model though. It's no coincidence that Weta Workshop was cointracted for this.

Good ad, very nice concept and art, but bad copy, make it a little confusing. Could be much better.

I understand "the other side of a choice"... but... if I take a taxi after drinking, am I wrong? Isn't it a good thing to do?
