Love these. This one is my personal fave but all hit the mark equally in their different environments. A well executed campaign>>

Nope mate...don't agree with the visual. There's no need to show such surreal imagery because you can easily get lost in other more pleasant looking areas. And heaven knows, New Zealand has more than its share of such places. Your tourism guys won't be amused.

Disagree. One of those 'wish i'd thought of that' moments for myself. Finally AOTW is getting some simple clear ideas up.

sorry to say but pretty baseless ads! hollow idea, says nothing...ummmm, if i put stairs here and will say "we'll take you there"....

Guest's picture

Well I'm guessing the ad would be only seen by New Zealander's as the emergency number on the ad wouldn't be of much use o/seas now would it??

Maybe I'm out of the loop, but why does a public service need advertising? Feels kind of pointless...like advertising the fire department.

Grace Bastien's picture

In times of natural disasters (I know something about this working for the public service during the Victorian bush fires) governments like to promote the good work that comes out of these departments.
It is a PR exercise more than anything else.

I think it was executed very well. Great art.

If you search them they are a volunteer organisation. Wild guess but donations?? Awareness for donations??

Great idea, great art direction.

Copy wise it might be a little see-say --- the line "We'll get you out" does not have to be there IMO.

Because the visual is strong enough, people will be wow'ed more if they figure the idea out on their own! Don't need to point it out. :p

did you saw monsters inc? well... IS THE SAME!
