The headlines aren't quite interesting enough to be headline driven ads. Also, this one is missing a comma after "win." If your visual is a headline, you should probably have proper punctuation.

The lines are bad. And the art direction looks unfinished. This is closer to what you would give an illustrator to work from than it is a finished ad.
