The Galo de Barcelos logo and the brand's name (Nando's short for Fernando)... portuguese business?

Same company. The owners orginally from Mocambique (Porto colony), then started up in South Africa and only then went overseas, including UK.

I agree with 2workitt. Not everyone is a copywriter or art-director and advertising is about communicating simply and effectively, not making people guess about what the ad means before flipping the page.
