I would say it's effective: MTV M - music TV - touchpoint that communicates. The people with does antennas on them, are more open to sending the message, more effectively (word of mouth). The basic idea would be: Stay tuned, if you don't hear it from us, you can get it from your friends.

This could be interesting if it were done guerilla style by street teams, but it quite weak as a print ad.

Weird just for the sake of being weird makes this campaign irrelevant.
Sure MTV deserves some crazy ideas, but where is the concept?

This ad looks abit creepy to me... maybe if everyone is wearing the satellite dish on their head while walking normally along the streets will make this more catchy
