Sorry, folks, but I´ve seen this idea years ago in german award books. It was done for Mercedes by their german agency S&J with features Mercedes invented, shown with a Mercedes logo behind the word.

Wait a moment, I´m looking for the ADC book in my messy office, but I´m shure that this ads were made by Amir Kassaei (Copywriter) and Florian Grimm (Art), could have beeen 2000 or 2001.
These ads are complete bullshit... message is all wrong!
1-Everyone knows MTV no longer plays music, unless its background to an "original" program they run
2-They did play music videos a few years back, but was mostly rap and pop, not classic rock (justin timberlake, puffy, remember them?)
3-All 3 of these people were long dead before MTV was born, in fact none of them ever made a music video.
4-A complete rip off of MERCEDES from a few years back
