It's not bad. I think teen mom shows and MTV suck, but the ad portrays that kind of show's themes concisely with humor and a little imagination, which is kinda what the ad is supposed to do. Kids breast feed, teenagers could have a stereotypical nipple-piercing. Add the two, and voila. Who cares if it's bad taste, breasts aren't that THAT shocking. People have probably been on the internet, the beach, with a woman, or are a woman themselves. Are we still that uncomfortable about our bodies? The real problem here is MTV and the show itself... or the fact that MTV has viewers, and its viewers are interested in this kind of programming.

Ok the boob is great :) But the effect that the ad wants is lame, sorry but you are like 20 years to late. They could have done it so much better with a bit more respect for the category they aiming at.
