Very nice illustration and layout, but the idea isn't communicated well.
A dummy with a sling and neck brace implies that during testing it was subject to excessive punishment (very funny), but the line twists the thought. "Spare parts" says the car this dummy tested is used. Dummies are never in used cars. The lack of synergy between the visual and line is what leaves these ads flat.
