I dunno. I think this was probably the idea that sold the client on the campaign, and it's not that through-the-floor-fallen. Eye only needs to be on one thing at once, and it makes sense in a way that it's the numbers. But y'know, this would work smoothlogically if the needle was fuzzy - that's the only thing that needs to be sharp. "Apart from your eyesight" etcetera.
I've just realised how advertisers are paying for this site. Free fucking ideas.
