Overly simplistic 'solution'... so, lacks any emotional connection.

This ad works for me. Because it's so clean and simple graphically, I think I'd notice it. And I do get an emotional connection -- it easily gets my brain seeing a blind guy without a guide dog trying to find somewhere to relax with his ice cream. I think it's great.

But if it only works like that for a small number of people, then maybe it's not the ad to go for -- and the comments above might suggest it's not working for enough people.
