THE PROBLEM IS THERE'S NO WIT OR THOUGHT PUT BEHIND THE HEADLINE. YOU'RE JUST SIMPLY STATING A POINT AND SAYING IT. TRY TO COME UP WITH A SMARTER HEADLINE OR JUST START OVER COMPLETELY AND RE-CONCEPT AGAIN.
why are there so many of these?
The first one was the shit appetizer. This is the shit main course.

Hey Dude! Great Boat splash! Extremely out-of-the-box. Art Directors Club is not enough for you.
Have you people no shame?? Have you got any notion whatsoever about advertising? THIS IS ONE OF THE WORST ADS EVER!!! F*ck you very much for posting this...
I just threw up in my mouth a little bit. Looks like there's only one decent ad agency in Brazil.
Actually there are three:
AlmapBBDO
DM9DDB and
F/Nazca Saatchi&Saatchi
Publicis was good too, but their ECD just left for DM9.
Of course there are other "decent" ones, but these are the best.
Your knowledge about brazilian advertising should be as good as your work.

It's ok to have a little spew when you see ads like this. Just let it out.
Life's a Trip. Enjoy the AD WAY!
SANTA CLARA?
This is an advertisement but not a creative one. Not at all. It is one-dimensional.
