Stop paying for it. Mid City Gym, New York City
Smart media placement. The agency only bought a small space in the newspaper for the gym's black background minimal copy ad. But it has positioned it strategically in the escorts advertisements section to make use of all the adverts around it.

Those pornographic pictures are escort ads. Stop paying for sex means, stop paying the prostitutes for sex. Go to the gym, get muscular and you will get a girlfriend easily with your new body.
I like the strategic placement...but at the same time, it makes me wonder if that's the kind of people they want going to their gym--i.e. the pervs who call escort services.
Possibly this is in a Man's magazine and even people who don't actually use the escort services will flip through the magazine.

Great ad. Simple, brilliantly executed and absolutely spot on.
much better ad for axe/lynx... in fact that's who i thought it was for...
it only looks scammy because it is for a no name gym.
My original thought was it meant you see a lot of girls bending in different directions. But I reread it. Nice idea!
