can't see whats going on. complete trash.
not bad!
Unlike my reactionary colleague "radius", I think I can reassure the creatives that it's perfectly simple to understand.
But it's neither one thing or the other... it's not a good enough representation of the sea and I think the decision to leave the eyebrows in is an odd one.
if it's simple to understand then what is the take home message? can you tell me? good ads must make people think from bottom up not the other way round. it must arrest emotions. aside that I don't see any resemblance between his forehead and the waves of the sea (which sometimes may be calm). a desert is what comes closest to it.
You don't see any resemblance between his forehead and the sea.
And yet you know, perfectly well, that his forehead is supposed to be the sea.
I'd tell you to make sense, but I get bored of pissing into the wind.
i read other comments. don't you get it? if his forehead is the sea then what's the eyebrows doing. i think its' just some kind of primitive expression ie. knowledge and sea = forehead and boat. I still think there is a better way to execute this.
if you think there's a better way to do it, then prove it. And don't worry about other people taking your idea, you'll have the typical "ads of the world" poster saying "done" to them.
This ad is solid and people got it right away. It's not the ad's fault you can't see what's going on because even the most basic ad student would use the copy to point out the obvious.
The idea itself is pretty damn good, even if the execution doesn't quite live up to it.
Great one!
I like it
Nice!

You have to search for it - too forced.
I'm here doing this, but feel I should be there doing that. But to do that, I have to be doing this. Does this make sense or do I have to explain that?
love it.. just maybe the boat could be a little more obvious...
Great
