Doesn't make any sense!
First of al, it isn't 100%, because the logo leaves blanks between the colors. Then, they are al satisfied for only 30% each. Call me rational, but that sounds more like a weak compromise then "the best choice".
But, above all, I think we've to stop making graphics or tables out of flags, logos, buildings etc.
I beg to differ. The idea is to depict the 3 main reasons that contribute to 100% satisfaction, i.e.
100% of customers are satisfied - 1/3 of whom place reason 1 as main reason, 1/3 reason 2, 1/3 reason 3
That 1/3 place reason 1 as primary factor doesn't mean that they are unsatisfied with the other 2 factors.
Also, on your point regarding the blanks between colors - come on, we've all seen innovative graphs nowadays that do not look traditionally boring. As long as the white portion is not presented as one of the legends, we all know there are only 3 colors that add up to 100%, and in this case, equally.

I don't like the used colours including the yellow paper.

been done every way to sunday. and it doesn't live up to the mercedes brand even if it is just for econo vans.
excellent, I like it.
As someone said, the idea is not new but it communicates anyway.
I really hate the old rusty paper. would have been great to change the color in photoshop (light blue or plain grey)
nice idea, tho could have been more subtle

~ Quite obviously, I have gathered no moss ! ~
Consumer Reports would beg to differ too. MB's suck in reliability.
