about the only way this makes sense is if they're saying she gets plastic surgery 30 years later. but no amount of plastic surgery is going to make some fat chicks ass look 30 years younger and in shape. aside from that, it's just a dumb joke anyway.
undeniably catchy...though the copy should be more explanatory.
It looks like an anti-ad to me: You don't have much money when you're old means you don't eat much and slim down. Hm.
