Ridiculous art direction on all of them. Just crazy.
But I am pretty sure that I have seen something similar already with the literal "frog in the throat".

The art is sick, not this one so much but the three previous ads. Art overpowers idea by far.
nice graphics but new viewer does not unstand it - copy writer should have suggested a small weblink to understand more abt it
