Flipping is a real estate investment technique where you buy a property (preferably well below market value), fix it up to raise the value, and quicky sell it (flip it), to realize a quick profit in a short amount of time. This line has no concept in my opinion. Using the word flipping is not enough of a "twist" for me, therefore the line remains very straight forward and boring.

Is there actually a concept behind this campaign?

flipping actually originated as a term for selling narcotics..buying quantity and selling it at smaller portions to make profit;"flipping"..HGTV and the real estate industry later adopted it thanks to the popularity of 'urban'/hip hop culture
Hope that helps explain its effectiveness Ivan.

I don't know where the term "flipping" originated from, but it's been around a long time. Many decades. Long before HGTV or Hip-hop came along. Those two things have nothing to do popularizing the term. In fact, the term is popular among ANYTHING you buy then quickly sell for a profit. Cars, Stocks, comic books, baseball cards, beanie babies, whatever! But I'm willing to bet that when most Americans hear the term flipping, they think of real estate. Or Mary Lou Retton. Not drugs. Lets not be so quick to give hip-hop credit for EVERY damn thing in the world. Next thing you know someone will say Hip-hop invented the automobile waaaay back in 1837.

Nevertheless, lets not fight about it. Because bottom-line, this headline sucks!

I dont know, I think it's pretty clever..let's the viewer know that regardless of your intentions in real estate, they're the guys to call
though I'm sure the word has been around a little longer than a few decades, in the context of buyNsell, hip hop culture drastically popularized it, from what Ive seen anyway
But what do I know, I thought hip hop invented the automobile too..
