why on earth would you ever want ANOTHER matchbox campaign in your book? to me, it says: "i can't do the hard stuff, i'll just make ads that make jokes about small toys - matchbox cars are small. flashlights are bright. knives are sharp. post-its help memory. tabasco is hot. see how hard this stuff is? this is why lame creatives flock to (or create on their own) easy assignments - because they're EASY
I like how people get offended over the dumbest things.

uhhhhh, what if Matchbox is actually a real client, that expects your agency to come up with work?
what if they were briefed? should they so 'no way! this brand is to easy, gimme super superannuation, baby!'
no
ils ont déjà fait tellement mieux !
ouch. careful with children and war. you know: parents buy toys. not kids
I like this idea

Yawn, another scam campaign from singapore. Surprise surprise the CD is Todd 'Gary Larson' McCracken.
Oh, and this has been done for cars and won big. back to the next campaign for torches or amnesty or FHM boys
Copywriter died?
some visuals dont need copy. Dont check copy always ;)
again, what a ripoff!
Isn't this just the military version of the award winning kids in the cars campaign!? Sequels are never as good as the first.
do ogilvy singapore have any real clients?
Children + War: Is not a good idea. I've seen better performances of the same idea.
Seen this campaign in billboards in ShangHai China
