Doin' it for the points
You shouldn't use this site to ridicule other cultures.
You're kidding right?
No, I'm kidding, but I think you may have misinterpreted my meaning.
Doin' it for the points
Nice artwork. Not that great a concept, but it is a nice poster. Blaze it up.
"Blaze it up"?
I had a whole "bit" lined up then remembered hearing something about legalised puff in Canada. That true?
Doin' it for the points
with a lot of hope and a little luck it will be. There's been a major movement towards legalizing marijuana in Canada for some time now.
Cross your fingers, your eyes, your toes and twist one up!
It would be nice to finally end the debate.
My favourite piece of toilet poetry:
Roll , roll, roll the spliff
Gently twist the end
LIght it up and take a puff
And pass it to a friend.
However, I do have to legally say: Kids, drugs are bad, m'kay.
Ivan, do I need a disclaimer about ads of the world not condoning the use of controlled substances and that the comments here are not necessarily shared by ads of the world or can I simply not bother?
great artwork always make me blind to other issue.
This is great! love the art.

Nice art and brazilian copywriting style is one of a kind.
I like it.
meh, meh, it a letdown mon.
... its already been done...
i hope it sounded more poetic in portuguese. at least then it wouldn't be embarrassingly bad. as it is, it's pretty bad.
urrrrghhhhhhhh. that is all.
You're inhaling too fast, man. ;)
>>>> That's not an ad. THIS is an ad.
Its bad. The copy makes no sense. Who cares if it looks cool. Once people read it, the take away is that people in Jamaica can't string together an understandable sentence.
enrollalo y fumatelo. malo
Bee turnin' de riddim oop to marximarm booooost, mon. ;D

Beautiful!! Lovely piece of art and copy. BIG well done
better...
I'd only like to say something:
I have the impression that a LOT of people here must be bloody Ad Genious, with wonderful and awarded ads, featuring excellent and criative copywriting, and superb high-quality art direction. Otherwise they wouldn't be so 'superior' in their comments.
Many people want to meet Jamaica because of their attitude toward drugs. Most of the people who go to Sunsplash Festival must consume drugs. So, even if you don't fancy drugs at all, it was wise from them to make the connection between red eyes and emotion. You will definitively be emotional in a festival like this, in Jamaica, if it's your thing.
Just a thought.
Wow. Why you gotta be down like that? We were just playin'. Havin' a go.
It's Friday! Have a flower in your hair and dance with us!
Put that waggin' finger to use and point it up and down Disco style!
Peace to Jamaica and it's beautiful people!
The content of the copy might work if it wasn't written so poorly.
Ahahahahaha, Michelle, it was not a 'down' thing, just a thought as i often see comments being precisely way too 'down' concerning the ads.
Of course many people are playin' (i'm glad!), but others are not. I believe people should see more widely and be more receptive instead of looking so many time to their buttons.
It is friday indeed, i have a flower here, and i'm already tapping! Let's daaaaaaaaanccceeeeeeeee....
Namasté.
Awesome. Namasté!
The Ad goes pretty much to the point - poetic or not, its idea is clear enough to be understood (for me, that's the main point) I'm tired of seeing awarded ADs that everybody loves (but no one remebers the brand, product, etc...) like the Hitachi one with the bird, also brazilian, I asked like a thousand people the brand of the stereo - no one could remember.
