No they're talking about Sephora the cosmetics store--this is a general ad for the mall with a reference to a store within it...Feels really uneven to me this way though.
But arbitrarily flinging it off the table is not a reason. The headline and visual creates a disconnect.
If it were:
copy: find a reason and visual: the broken pieces of the vase was being used for something else then it makes sense.
Thought.
To keep with visual look/feel of the campaign...
I would have had female in shot knocking vase over.
