Marie Claire is a magazine publication that focuses on health, beauty, and fashion. I believe that the ad is selling famous faces posing nude for their special issue; celebrities such as a pregnant Christina Aguilera have posed for this special issue before. What the shot is conveying is a celebrity being powdered underneath the chin when in fact it's a shot of taken right below a lady's bosom.
