not bad...clever

Guest's picture

it is clever, i'm just not sure how i feel about using religious iconography to sell a flash light

Guest's picture

haha its Ok in the West

Guest's picture

Bad image manipulation. Interesting idea but will loose marks because of horrible execution.

what about jesus?

Jesus dont need to fake it.

Guest's picture

yeah right.... may be that's why in third world countires church spends whole lot of money for helping the poor and say ' now we have helped you... so you have to convert to cristianity'

pathetic.... using hunger as a way to spread out religion. and by the way Buddha always said he's just human and any one can archive what he did if try to seek the truth. i dont have anything against jesus. i respect him for his philosophy. but its ppl like u who dont understand the truth of ur own religion which treat peace and regard to one another blow that out. the ad is funny ..i enjoy it coz it cannot drag away buddas wisdom. in fact for information the rays behind his head is just the symbolism of widom . not that it really exsisted visibly.

Guest's picture

i totally agree with u..and i think the ad is pretty good

Did Hugo Chavez close the few good agencies that existed in Venezuela?

Doing great work is hard, criticize others is way easier.

Chavez! el coño de tu puta madre!

The manipulation isn't very good, but it does add a certain cartoon style to it. I do like the concept.

C'mon ppl, ethics are as important as creativity. I dont think u should use a religious icon for this type of work :(
Sadly this is a time ppl would even sell their own mother in the name of avertising.

please check the havels ad its identical so no the idea aint fresh

AXAY555's picture 347 pencils

this ad is a complete disaster... there is no humor in it not at all funny... i just want to point out few things

1)Buddha wasn't bald
2)Buddha used to sit under a tree not on the hill
3)& what is d idea?... there were no torchs in thoes days (that too with rays of light coming out)...

from all these points what i get is that this is very amatuer idea & bad research & execution.

Guest's picture

I will use Jesus to do the ad for Condoms (it would be creativity to do the condom ad for lizard, his might fit that size) if it would be considered as Creativity too.

and also, the guy do this ad is not really good at imagination in showing the left hand position from the front and at the back. take a look at it.

ps: I'm not religious, yet these kind of brain with his very short thinking could lead to disaster, friends turns to woes somehow

it's cool

Guest's picture

Oops!.. what a bad effort. They would have market their flash without the holy truth Buddha.

Guest's picture

This is totally wrong thing to do .
This is a great insult to Buddhism.
Very bad.Remove this immediately.

Will u make ads insulting Jesus Christ?

Fantastic - works well in any liberal market. I'm off to buy my own enlightenment device! Thanks
