They could've shown more of the body including the head, but would be covered in suds, making the heart shaped boobs area the focus. Also, covering too much to comfortably get that those are booobs.

No way, man. It's boobs. It's a woman laying face up in the bubbly water. She's cupping her boobs with her hands....as women in commercials often do.
I thought it was a butt at first too. But then I was like, "Why is someone sticking both their hands in the crack of someone's butt?" That can't be comfortable.
Despite the foam ,this is more for a foundation against breast cancer.
